Rachel Jackson

I help organizations work more efficiently through thoughtful systems, practical solutions, and clear communication.

I take ownership, listen closely, and enjoy figuring out how things can work better. My background spans customer-facing sales, operations, and team leadership, but the work I consistently gravitate toward is building useful trackers, organizing information, improving communication, and solving the day-to-day problems that slow people down. I work well independently, collaborate easily, and like to leave a process, project, or team more organized than I found it.

I am currently open to local opportunities in St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay where I can contribute through operations, process improvement, project coordination, employee engagement, or team support.

Where I’ve Made an Impact

From launching a new market to navigating customer transitions, these are a few examples of projects where I improved a process, supported a team, or moved important work forward.

Building a New Market

Fort Myers & Naples Territory Expansion

Selected to help establish a new market while maintaining an existing book of business. Spent several days each week prospecting active job sites, building local relationships, and converting projects from competitors.

Outcome: Generated the recurring business that grew the market’s growth from a partial route goal to two active routes.

Managing a Complex Customer Transition

Agricultural Account Retention During Acquisition

Took over an agricultural customer portfolio during an acquisition. Learned food-safety requirements, coordinated water testing and compliance documentation, guided drivers through new route systems, and supported customer questions and service needs.

Outcome: Retained 100% of the agricultural accounts assigned to me throughout the transition.

Improving Employee Engagement

Massage Envy Clinic Performance

Created a visible team-goal tracker and incentive game that made service-enhancement goals more engaging and helped employees see how their work contributed to the clinic’s overall performance.

Outcome: Moved the clinic from one of the lowest performers to the top-performing location in a three-clinic group, with customer satisfaction rising to a consistent 90%+.

Coordinating a High-Security Project

Airport Construction Site Support

Won and supported an airport construction project that required airfield access. Coordinated driver badging, security paperwork, service logistics, and ongoing communication with the project team.

Outcome: Delivered uninterrupted service in a highly restricted, high-security environment.
